What’s the minimum order?
8 pieces. Mixed sizes are fine.
Embroidery or screen printing?
Embroidery is stitched, so it has a raised, premium finish that’s great for logos on polos, caps and jackets. Screen printing is better for big, colorful designs on t-shirts and hoodies.
Is there a digitizing fee?
New logos need a one-time digitizing step to create the stitch file. After that it stays on file, so reorders are quicker.
Can you embroider any garment?
Most apparel and bags work well. Very thin or stretchy fabrics may need a backing or a different approach, so send us the item and we’ll advise.
How long does it take?
Most orders are ready in less than two weeks after you approve the proof. Rush is available for a fee.
